ORDERS
Most of my projects are one-of-a-kind and I'm able to ship fairly quickly; however, if you request a custom order, please allow additional time.
I do custom orders one of two ways:
- You visit eebeads, Fire Mountain Gems or another bead source of your choice, order all the beads and findings you desire, and have them sent directly to me. I'll create your custom pieces and invoice you via PayPal upon photo approval. All remaining beads and findings will be sent to you with your finished designs unless you direct otherwise.
- I create your custom pieces with my choice of beads and findings that I have on hand, with a 50% deposit made up front and the remaining 50% invoiced upon completion and photo approval.
SHIPPING
Your order will ship within three days of order confirmation from PayPal. If any delay whatsoever is anticipated, I'll let you know.
I realize everyone doesn't have a PayPal account, so you're more than welcome to send a check or money order via snail mail and your order will ship when payment is received and clears. :)

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt as long as it's in it's original packaging, in new/unused condition and not damaged in any way. You are responsible for return shipping with delivery confirmation so the package can be tracked.
